We also provide specialist seminar's and talks on art in business and real estate and educational tours of projects for schools, colleges and other organizations.

NPE LLC offers many options for the home or business owner when it comes to acquiring original artwork for their property. Representing the work of only one artist – Nicholas A. Price, whose one of a kind works grace the walls of an enviable client list in over 35 countries.
Nicholas is involved in each stage of any consultancy as he believes in developing a one on one relationship with clients so that he may personally get a feel for what the client is looking for it terms of existing or commissioned works. He usually showcases his works through his high-end Artful Soirée® Event's. These soirées have been another public way of acquiring his one of a kind work, normally presented at this special event hosted in the privacy of a client's home or business and have been written about in several publications that include the Las Vegas Review Journal, Unique Homes Magazine, USA Today, The Las Vegas Sun and The Boston Globe. His work and these events were also discussed in his recent radio interview with presenter Gwen Castaldi on KNPR.
The artist also happens to be unusually multi-disciplined in contemporary art, sculpture and creates one of a kind jewelry (also described as wearable art). He is also a professional photographer using only traditional means and methods of photography. Shying away from digital photography and manipulation, Nicholas uses his natural skill and ability to achieve some amazing results.

NPE LLC has a catalogue of exiting works by the artist, which the client can choose from. The commissioning of art or sculpture is also available and is an excellent choice for those that want to express the individuality of their business or home or live in gated communities with CCNR's and Community Design Review Boards that restrict the kind of artwork you can display on and around the outside of your property.
Photography
NPE LLC has over 25,000 images available for clients to peruse. Images are available in black and white, sepia tone and color. There are over 100 different themes and collections that can be created especially for your interior environment whether you have a large or small space. Limited edition pieces are numbered and are printed on silver gelatin or archival paper, signed, sealed and numbered by the artist. For those on a smaller budget, images are available on RC (resin coated) paper.

Leasing:
Through our leasing plan, you can include original art work or photography by Nicholas Price in your home or office for a modest monthly fee. You can choose from the entire collection and swap works at regular intervals should you decide it's time for a change.
Minimum quarterly lease amount determined case by case
Minimum lease term is one year
Artwork can be exchanged for work of identical value at any time
Artwork can be purchased outright - or after three years for an additional 30% of the purchase price.
Insurance is the responsibility of the lessee

· We will work with the introducing agent to not only actively pursue contracts with developers and contacts, but also provide assistance and complimentary consultancy to help you market yourself and your services through our high-end "Artful Soiree's", press and marketing on the local and national level, all as part of our service.
